SHIPPING
DuanesPlanes uses Australia Post for the majority of its parcels, since we charge flat rate shipping; we reserve the right to choose the class of postage. If Express Post is required please choose the Express Post option during the checkout process. Once the order has shipped, we must allow the carrier a reasonable time frame to deliver. DuanesPlanes and/or carrier reserve the right to request a signature for proof of delivery. If you request carrier to leave a package without recept signature, we are not responsible for theft or damage to the merchandise. We are not responsible for delays in express delivery orders due to weather conditions and/or attempted deliveries. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
ARF KITS
ARF Kits and “over sized parcel” greater than105cm in length can not be shipped via Australia Post and must be shipped via a courier service. Postage costs for courier service vary for each location, a link to the courier service and size and weight will be provide for each oversized item, the price quoted for delivery will be used by DuanesPlanes for the postage cost, no additional charges will be charged by DuanesPlanes.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DuanesPlanes will only ship outside of Australia via prior agreement from DuanesPlanes, please contact DuanesPlanes for international orders. All International orders must be paid in Australian dollars using PayPal only. All international shipments will be charged at actual price using the Australia Post International calculator. Most airplane kits are too large to ship International. Customer is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties or custom fees. Inquiries regarding possible fees should be directed to your local authorities.
BACKORDERS
We do not backorder out-of-stock merchandise, DuanesPlanes only displays in stock items, once an item is sold out it is removed from sale until restocked.
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you have placed an order with DuanesPlanes recently and need some information about it please contact via email. Our email address is noted in the order. Please note we begin processing your order immediately after receiving it, we are unable to make changes or cancel the order once it is posted.
RETURNING MERCHANDISE
We will accept merchandise for return that was damaged in shipping or containing Manufacturing Defects, please contact DuanesPlanes within 14 days of receipt item for return instructions. We do not accept returns via COD or any other collection method. COD packages will be refused. Packages billing DuanesPlanes without authorisation will result in actual shipping charges billed back to sender.
SHIPPING DAMAGED
If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please email DuanesPlanes for return details. Save all packaging material and paperwork; do not throw anything away.
WARRANTY RETURNS
Defective merchandise may be returned to us as long as it is in new and unused condition. Manufacturer defects found after the product has been used revert to the manufacturer's warranty. Please do not return merchandise without contacting DuanesPlanes.
If you can determine that a product is defective before using it, we will accept it back for exchange or refund; however, please email DuanesPlanes for instructions.
LIMITS OF RESPONSIBILITY
We accept no responsibility for crash damage and/or loss of kits, engines, accessories, etc. incurred during operation.
